We have a no return policy. However, if the item is damaged in transit, or if you receive the incorrect item, please message me ASAP. The item must be in unworn, unused condition. You must email me within 3 days of receiving item.
*If a return is agreed upon for any other item, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Refunds will be for the original item(s) price only - less shipping.
Dolls may have loose limbs. This is not considered a defect as it does not affect play. Please be sure to read the included brochure in your package for doll care and info.
